The last friend I have left that I grew up with sent me an email last night.His daughter won the spelling bee for her school,but he sent the email to remind me one my spelling bee when I was in school I won the spelling bee for my grade school but was disqualified when they said I misspelled my OWN NAME they explained to me that you can't spell Mikel that way it had to be Michael After my Mother went to the school and gave them some new names I was allowed to compete in the district meet,but I placed second there and no I don't remember what word I missed(but it wasn't my name)Mikel

Today was the first day I could eat real food in about 2 weeks and I didn't get crazy all I ate was some mashed potatoes and gravy and some fruit and it hasn't been going well now its almost 4 am and I'm still up because every time I lay down I feel sick.So I guess tomorrow its back to the Doctor and see why I can't keep anything down. later,

I tried real food today It didn't work out to well.My Son and Grand-kids came by today,they came down to drop off my sons soon to be ex-wife.William the oldest has grown about a foot taller in the last 6 months,he has to be close to 6' but he isn't doing very well in school.He doesn't like it up there very much he wants to come home to Texas but I don't think that will happen.My Son is doing as well as can be expected,he can move his feet and sometimes his leg but he won't ever get of that wheelchair.Its great to get to see them and then I always get really depressed because there is nothing I can do to help them.They are scattered all over Arkansas living with my ex-wife's family,the little ones don't really care but I know William hates it and blames me,he has spent most of his life living with me and he doesn't even email me anymore.I hope everyone had a good day,I think I'm going to bed.

This is something I haven't felt in a long time I actually felt good today I really don't know why,nothing is different than any other day except the way I feel,but you know a race car always runs its best lap just before the motor blows up and about race cars Dale Jr ran really well today his car didn't look like much at the end of the race but if it hadn't been for the #12 pushing him down to the inside with about 120 laps left I think he could have won the race but Nascar comes to Texas next week if I feel up to it I will be there watching them I am sorry I haven't been able to write everyone back that has been so kind as to leave comments but today is the first day I've felt even close to human and tomorrow I can eat real food again and no more Jello and broth I hope everyone had a great week-end,Kat I hope you had a great trip,if tomorrow is anything like today maybe I can catch up on my writing.

Why do they say a man "Got Lucky" when it takes both people to have sex and women enjoy it as much as men do? At least if its done right.What do women call it?Does anyone know where the term came from?Do any of you remember the first time your parents/Grandparents talked about sex in front of you?I was in my 20's and my wife was complaining about all the hours I was working trying to get my own company started and not spending enough time at home with her when out of nowhere my Grandmother told her that during planting season my Grandfather would be in the fields before daylight and not home until after dark so she started taking him his lunch and they would play under a shade tree.Now I almost fell out of my chair,I realized my Grand parents had sex,they had 6 kids,but I'd never heard them talk about it,and never would have thought of her saying anything about it,she never drank never said a curse word,it was a really strange day.
